John Norledge
Community Renewal Manager
John works in conjunction with local service providers and residents of Pan to ensure that the Pathfinder Programme is correctly implemented and responds to all the requirements of guidelines set out by The Department for Communities and Local Government. This includes promoting the needs and aspirations of Pan Residents.

Paul Armstrong
Office Manager
Paul is the Office Manager for the PNP; it is his job to ensure the smooth running of the office and act as first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries to the Partnership.

Cheryl Snudden
Community Link Officer/Deputy Managerr
The role of the Community Link Officer is to act as a conduit between residents and service providers.  This ensures that services are delivered to the needs of the Pan residents.

Community Activities Worker
The Community Activities Worker provides promotional material including, posters, flyers, the quarterly Pathfinder newsletter and press releases regarding PNP activities to a variety of media outlets as well as organizing events.

Pan community wardens are a visible presence whose aim is to improve the quality of life for the residents of Pan, by often providing the first point of contact for residents who wish to raise questions or concerns.

Matt Woods
Community Youth Worker
The extended school youth workers Matt Woods and Rachel Prewer have worked on Pan since Jan 2006 based at Downside Middle School and at the Isobel Centre. They work with young people in school and at the Pan Community Youth Club.
Within Downside Extended School they support young people in a variety of ways from targeted individual support in a 1-2-1 fashion, to group work in classes. Their aim is to help resolve problems before they become issues.

The Physical Activities Worker’s post is designed to support all age groups and all abilities to participate in any physical activity, whether it is an organized, competitive sport or simply walking to the shops instead of driving.

Rachel McKernan
Mental Health Development Worker
Rachel McKernan is the dedicated Mental Health Development Worker for Pan. Rachel can visit residents at home or they can meet her in the Isobel Centre on Tuesday mornings for a chat in a friendly relaxed envirnment. She can offer a sympathetic ear to people who have concerns about their own or a family member's mental health and can provide information on a variety of subjects from what services are available to techniques for relaxation and stress relief.
